What is Spam?
Webopedia.com defines spam as:
"Electronic junk mail or junk newsgroup postings. Some people define spam even more generally as any unsolicited e-mail. However, if a long-lost brother finds your e-mail address and sends you a message, this could hardly be called spam, even though it's unsolicited. Real spam is generally e-mail advertising for some product sent to a mailing list or newsgroup..."

We agree with the above definition, spam e-mail is a junk message; it is an e-mail message you have been sent that you are not interested in.
It isn’tĀ a potential sales order, or the e-mail from a long lost friend that some spam filtering software might think is spam and kindly delete for you… that’s why we pride ourselves at offering a solution that will never delete an e-mail that you may of actually wanted.
Another major concern with e-mail spam or junk email is that it is a complete waste of your time and bandwidth… these are things that can cost you or your businessĀ serious money.
